  • The Washington Department of Licensing to meet our contract obligations and assist you in obtaining a license endorsement. By contract with DOL, we must maintain student records for a minimum of six years.
  • Companies that act on our behalf to provide integral services (such as credit card processing or data processing services)
  • Others as required by law (such as response to a subpoena).

We carefully select the companies that provide integral services on our behalf, and we provide them with only the minimum information necessary to fulfill their responsibilities. These companies are prevented by legal agreement from using customer information for their own purposes or selling it to others.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable laws to protect your nonpublic personal information.

Your credit card information, if furnished, is encrypted before being sent. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon on your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. When using our website, your credit card information is sent directly to our credit card processor – completely bypassing our website and server. Since we never even see your credit card information, we cannot and do not store it. If you give us your credit card information over the phone or other media, we use it only to process your transaction and do not record or store it.
